These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of kadirection.com. kinda direction is operated by Shuchuang Technology Co., Ltd., the seller of the products offered through this store.

Orders and payment
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or the permission of a parent or guardian where applicable. Please check the product, quantity, wrist measurement, fit preference, delivery address and email address before placing your order. Use only a payment method you are authorised to use.
The applicable price, currency, payment options and order total are shown at checkout. If there is an error or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not increase the price of an order you have placed, or substitute a different product, without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment taken for the unfulfilled items will be refunded without undue delay.
Product information and sizing
Materials and bead dimensions are described on each product page. Natural stones and other natural materials may vary in pattern and tone between individual pieces, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. These variations do not remove your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
Use our bracelet sizing guide and contact us if you are unsure about your measurement. Providing a wrist measurement or choosing a fit does not, by itself, remove the return rights described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Shipping and delivery
We offer complimentary shipping to destinations available at checkout and cover applicable import duties and taxes. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days; international delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is additional to preparation time.
Please read our Shipping Policy for details. Contact us if a carrier requests an additional charge or your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. Delivery estimates do not restrict your rights under applicable law.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can request cancellation before your items are shipped through your customer account or by email. If the online option is unavailable, you can still contact us by email.
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period for standard items across the destinations we serve. Full instructions, conditions, postage responsibilities and refund arrangements appear in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You pay the direct postage cost for a change-of-mind return. We cover the necessary return cost for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Returns are sent to China; contact us for the exact return address before posting your parcel. The address on the original parcel may not be the correct return address.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods, including any applicable legal guarantee. Contact us for an appropriate remedy under the law that applies to your purchase.

Please use the website lawfully. Do not misuse another person's account or payment details, upload malicious content, or interfere with the operation or security of the store.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. The seller remains Shuchuang Technology Co., Ltd. How personal information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Website photographs, text, logos and designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view and save information for your own shopping purposes. Other uses require the relevant permission unless permitted by law.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides greater protection than these terms or our policies, that protection takes precedence. This includes any rights to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future purchases and website use. The version and agreed purchase terms in effect when you place an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Please save a copy for your records.
