Choosing a bracelet
How do I choose between the different materials?
Start with the colours and details you enjoy wearing, then compare the bead sizes on each product page. In our Five Gods of Wealth collection, red tiger's eye has deep red-brown tones and barrel-shaped beads; seraphinite and sandalwood combine green and wood; smoky quartz and eye agate offer a muted brown palette; citrine and tiger's eye bring golden tones; and mother of pearl with coconut shell pairs luminous white with warm natural texture.

What do the collection names mean?
Our collection stories are sources of design inspiration and personal meaning. You can choose a bracelet for its materials and appearance, for a story that resonates with you, or for both. The names and stories do not promise wealth or any particular outcome.
Size and fit
How should I measure my wrist?
Measure your actual wrist circumference with a flexible tape held snugly, without pulling tight. Enter that measurement in centimetres or inches without adding extra room. For step-by-step instructions, including a paper or string method, read our bracelet sizing guide.
Which fit should I choose?
Tight sits close to the wrist with very little movement. Standard allows a little movement. Loose gives a more relaxed fit. Your wrist measurement is not the finished bracelet length; bead size and your chosen fit are taken into account.
What if my wrist is outside the available size range?
For products with our wrist-measurement selector, the supported range is 14–22 cm (approximately 5.51–8.66 inches). Contact us before ordering if your measurement is outside this range. Check each product's dimensions, as some pieces are listed by a fixed length.
Can I choose a bracelet as a gift?
Yes. If the product requires a wrist measurement, use the recipient's actual measurement where possible. A general size chart is only a reference. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering; an exchange or resizing should be confirmed with us rather than assumed.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery country and address to check availability for your order. Read our shipping information for details.
How long will my order take?
Order preparation usually takes 3–4 business days. Delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are separate stages and estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; destination, customs, weather and other delivery conditions may affect timing.
Are shipping, duties and taxes included?
We provide complimentary shipping to the destinations we serve and cover duties and taxes as described in our shipping policy. Return postage is handled separately under our returns policy.
Can I return my bracelet?
For standard items, tell us you wish to return your order within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after delivery. Then send it back within 14 days of telling us. For a change-of-mind return, you cover return postage; we cover it for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Returns are sent to China, and we provide the exact address and instructions when you contact us.
