Order preparation

We prepare and dispatch orders within 3–4 business days after you place your order. Please provide your wrist measurement, fit preference and complete shipping address when ordering. Visit our bracelet sizing guide for help with your measurement.

International delivery

Delivery is estimated to take 2–5 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the order-preparation period above. These are estimates, and delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, weather and local conditions.

Shipping destinations and charges

We offer free shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. Availability depends on your delivery address; a country or region being mentioned elsewhere on our website does not mean every address within it is served.

kinda direction covers applicable import duties and taxes. There are no additional shipping, customs or delivery fees for you to pay. If a carrier asks you to pay a charge, contact us so we can resolve it.

Delivery questions

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email pengshuchen1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days and will help resolve the problem. Delivery estimates do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Returns

Free outbound shipping is separate from return postage. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return-postage cost. For a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, kinda direction covers the necessary return cost.
