Wrap a strip of paper or a non-stretch string around your wrist. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the distance with a ruler.

Step 2: Choose your fit

Enter your wrist measurement and select Tight, Standard or Loose. For example: 17.5 cm, Standard.

Tight
A close fit with very little movement.
Standard
A comfortable everyday fit with a little movement.
Loose
A relaxed fit with more room to move.
